Return Window

Since all items are made-to-order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Items showing wear or washing will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom items
• Items damaged through normal wear
• Sale items (unless defective)

Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping. Use a trackable service.

Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days at thegoodfatherstore@gmail.com with order number and photos for a free replacement or refund.

Refund Processing
