How long does shipping take?
All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. Production takes 2–5 business days. Delivery estimates:
- European Union: 5–10 business days after production
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Since all items are made-to-order, please contact us before returning — we'll provide instructions.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Production is handled by Printful with facilities in the EU, US, and Mexico, so your order is produced as close to you as possible. Customs fees may apply for non-EU orders.
What sizes are available?
Our t-shirts come in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. Mugs come in 11 oz and 15 oz. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
How do I care for my t-shirt?
Machine wash cold with similar colors, tumble dry low, and iron on the reverse side if needed. Avoid bleach and fabric softener to keep the print looking fresh longer.
Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders (10+ items). Contact us at privacy@thegoodfather.store with your requirements.
How are the mugs? Are they dishwasher safe?
Our white gloss ceramic mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. The print is high-quality and durable — it won't fade with normal use.
Do you have a physical store?
We're an online-only store. This keeps our prices low and allows us to offer a wider range of designs. All items are made-to-order and shipped directly to you.
