1. Overview

At The Good Father Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Please note that all items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner Printful, which means each item is produced specifically for you when you place an order.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.

3. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn — not used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Unwashed — free of any stains, odors, or signs of wear.
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at privacy@thegoodfather.store with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the item.

Please note: Returns must be sent to Printful's warehouse location, which may be outside your country. We will provide the correct return address upon request.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer bears the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account (typically 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider).

8. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
