All items sold at The Good Father Store are made-to-order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful. This means each product is created specifically for you once you place an order. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and costs.

2. Production Time

Before shipping, items go through production. Typical production time is 2–5 business days. This is included in the total delivery estimates below.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times begin after production is complete (i.e., after the item has shipped from our fulfillment partner). Estimates are as follows:

  • European Union: 5–10 business days.
  • United States: 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days (may vary by location and customs).

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, seasonal demand, or carrier disruptions.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping (EU and US destinations).
  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee in select regions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided.

7. Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees, or refusal to accept delivery), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, the cost of the item will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly and then contact us so we can assist.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
